Reservation and cancellation rules - Hotel Pousada villa del Rey, Parati

Cancellations affect our house significantly due to the small number of rooms that we offer to our clientele. A last-minute cancellation gives us little opportunity to re-book the room with a new client. Therefore we uphold a strict cancellation policy.

Reservation Policy

Reservation will be confirmed upon payment, by Visa card or by bank transfer, of 50% of the total amount of the booked daily rates. The remaining amount regarding daily rates shall be paid upon check in, extra expenses and service fees shall be paid upon check out.

Cancellation Policy

Your deposit will be happily refunded if a cancellation is made within7 days before the arrival date. If a cancellation is made during the 7 days before the arrival, the deposit will be refund only if the room is re-rented at the same dates by someone else.

For early departure we don't refund the deposit.

Payement and taxes

Our rates are valid until 21 December 2008 and may be subject to alterations without previous notice.
Prices are in Reais per room for two, three, four or five guests, per night and a 10% (ten percent) service fee must be added to the daily fee and extra expenses made in the pousada.
Breakfast and afternoon tea are always included in the price of the room.
Children until 5 y.o are free of charges.

Accepted means of payment

We accept money cash in Reais (only), Visa card, Mastercard, Diner's and Traveller's Cheques.

Arrival and departure time

The rooms are available starting at 2:00 PM, the latest time for arrival is 11:00 PM. Please inform us in case of early Check-In (arrival before 11:00 AM), an extra 15.00 R$ will be charged for breakfast (optional). You may go to the room if it is available, this information will be confirmed on arrival.

Check out time on departure day is 12:00 AM (midday).

All reservation involve the acceptation of our Reservation & Cancellation policy aswell as the Inner Rules of the Pousada (available on our web site or by request).
